has been advising companies in the media and printing industries since 1987 and is one of the industry's leading management consultants. Previously, he spent 13 years in various management positions in sales and marketing at Agfa-Gevaert AG, Graphic Division, Leverkusen/Antwerp.
Together with Dr. Klaus von Dohnanyi (Chairman), Michael Apenberg was a member of the Supervisory Board of a:prico AG, Hamburg (until August 30, 2008). Since March 2015, Michael Apenberg has been a member of the Advisory Board of Beltz Rübelmann Holding GmbH & co. KG and member of the Board of Trustees of the Beltz Rübelmann Foundation.

She previously worked as an assistant in the agency sector and has a degree in fashion design as well as many years of professional, training and management experience in the field of flight support for civil passenger aviation.
Dr. Till Tolkemitt
has a degree in economics and started his career in 1997 at Apenberg & Partner. In addition to positions at the Boston Consulting Group and as Managing Director of the media retailer Zweitausendeins, he founded a venture capital-financed Internet start-up with offices in Hamburg and London and also operated two small book publishing houses. At the same time, he was continuously active as a senior consultant for Apenberg & Partner as well as in a number of M&A projects.

Dr. Johannes Warther
is a Senior Consultant and joined the Apenberg & Partner team in November 2016.
He studied economics at the LMU Munich and then concentrated on strategic management at the University of Bath, Great Britain. With his doctorate, he specialized in strategic realignment and restructuring.

is a marketing and communications specialist and has been a permanent team member at Apenberg & Partner since October 2017. Here she is responsible for projects in human resources consulting and is the first point of contact for questions concerning job vacancies and the print career database. With her professional expertise, she also supports corporate strategic customer projects with a focus on PR and communication and is actively involved in Apenberg & Partner's own PR activities, including the news blog.

is a trained offset printer and has an engineering degree in the field of communication technology/printing. He has been working for Apenberg & Partner since 2007 as a freelance senior consultant for technology and production-related strategy projects.
In 2014, he also founded Modular Software Solutions GmbH, with software for production planning and control in newspaper printing plants. Previously, he served as Product Manager at Ewert Ahrensburg Electronic GmbH and Hell Gravure Systems GmbH & Co. KG.
Consulting focus: Printing technologies, process analysis and optimization, IT project management and print system integration, including the introduction of workflow systems and database solutions for production planning and control/organization.

holds a degree in business administration with a focus on economic research and statistics. Since 2012 he has been working for Apenberg & Partner as a print business analyst for corporate strategy and M&A projects.
In addition, he has many years of professional experience as an honorary lecturer within the framework of IHK advanced training courses for certified business, industrial and commercial economists.
