Profilingvalues – the psychometric analysis method

As a certified partner of profilingvalues GmbH, we use the psychometric method of the same name to draw conclusions from the individual value system of candidates and/or employees about their general cognitive and socio-emotional abilities as well as their development potential. Both the individual competencies of the persons (CAN = actual potential) and the degree of attention that the persons currently devote to their competencies (WANT = situational potential) are determined. Finally, it is possible to gain knowledge in terms of existing resources, but also current professional and private conflict and stress situations, to clarify the fit of a professional activity and to work out meaningful development steps in order to reduce discrepancies and stress. In addition, we offer a TARGET comparison of candidate profiles and the analysis of team potential.
